Job Summary
Develop and optimize analytics tools and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize trends for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams. Partner with Western European stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, deliver training, and prepare mockups, reports, and presentations. Undertake data modeling, create new analytical solutions, and analyze data to improve reporting quality and processes. Support data governance activities, ensure system integration, and share best practices to improve tool adoption. Requires 5+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Minimum salary is 176,000 PLN annually. Hybrid working model includes 3 days on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel and SQL
- University Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Big Data or Mathematics)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in English and Polish
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of Alteryx and Python
