Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst (Catalog) at Coupang responsible for designing scalable data solutions and end-to-end data pipelines. Collaborate with catalog and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data models, pipelines, and dashboards; build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data lake architecture; ingest data from external/vendor APIs using Python; implement data quality checks and governance; optimize SQL queries for Snowflake/BigQuery; develop self-serve analytics platforms and automate recurring processes; stay current with data technologies and continuously improve data infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture)
- Advanced SQL skills with experience optimizing queries in modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and API integrations
- Experience with data quality frameworks and monitoring tools
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
