Job Summary
Partner with technical business consumers to support requirements gathering, solution adoption, and ongoing enablement for new data solutions in the Mortgage Financial industry. Decompose and migrate legacy reports to modern platforms like Tableau and Python while driving AI and prompt engineering initiatives. Manage internal and external communications across SharePoint and Teams, champion consumer use cases, and present operational metrics to senior management. Work as a technical liaison to support delivery, stakeholder training, and awareness of key datasets to meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with development teams to maximize the value of data solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years of professional experience
- Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations
- Solid understanding of system development methodologies and techniques
- Excellent grasp of database concepts and principles
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced experience with SQL including query creation (such as select queries)
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Informatica
- Experience in working in a Cloud Platform preferably AWS
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Ability to capture and present operational metrics to Senior Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at any given time
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen
- The role requires candidates come into the office 3 days per week in Tysons/McLean, VA
