Job Summary
Conduct full lifecycle analysis, construct and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python, and design BI dashboards with Sisense for organizational metrics. Define KPIs, drive data governance, and validate entity reference data while managing exceptions and reconciliation. Develop predictive models, test interfaces, and implement workflow solutions to address business needs. Create documentation, deliver analytics training, and present findings to management. Work autonomously on complex projects involving simulation, optimization, and machine learning to refine strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
- 6+ years of work experience in analytics, having closely worked with product and commercials in an internet/e-commerce company
- Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media
- Experience building, implementing and/or maintaining predictive models on very large datasets
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information. with attention to detail and accuracy
- Storytelling skills
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
