Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst with responsibility for supporting implementation projects, defining data strategies and governance, leading data migration and transformation efforts, gathering incumbent data, identifying gaps, and ensuring high-quality, scalable data solutions. Role includes supervising junior staff, training and mentoring, client-facing interactions with senior stakeholders, defining data governance standards, leading end-to-end data activities (extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation), data mapping and templating, system uploads, and ensuring data quality across VMS technologies. Requires strong data modelling and data management skills, experience with enterprise data environments, and familiarity with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience doing data analysis
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Moderate Power BI skills including building dashboards to show progress to client stakeholders
- Experience with data management, data modelling, analyzing information
- Experience in an enterprise environment including decision making, organizational skills, and be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY
- Location: North America; Jacksonville, FL (remote/hybrid)
