Senior Data Analyst (AI-Enabled Analytics) (all genders)

Senior Data Analyst to partner with the CEO Office and Customer Operations teams across US and DACH markets. Design and own source-of-truth dashboards (Metabase) and standardized metrics; translate business rules from diverse sources into reliable, well-documented data assets; enable AI-driven analytics for self-serve insights; mentor analysts, drive analytical rigor, and bridge data platforms with Snowflake and downstream data engineering. Must have 5+ years in data analytics within B2B SaaS, E-Commerce, or global marketplaces; advanced SQL and Snowflake skills; experience partnering with senior leadership and translating complex data into actionable narratives.
