Job Summary
Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist responsible for leading data quality, metadata management, and governance initiatives. Defines data quality rules and standards to support AI and analytics outcomes; develops semantic models, ontologies, and metadata structures for AI readiness; partners with business and technical stakeholders to solve data challenges and embed best practices; drives adoption and usability of data governance tools through scalable, self-service approaches; supports integration and optimization of platforms such as Ataccama, Collibra, and Databricks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Collibra, Ataccama, or similar platforms
- Understanding of modern data environments (e.g., Databricks) and data architecture concepts
- Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes
- Interest in AI and how data underpins advanced analytics and emerging capabilities
- 7+ years’ experience in data roles within a regulated environment (financial services preferred)
