Job Summary
Build and operate Azure data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and reporting while integrating ERP, CRM, and external systems via robust APIs. Develop and deploy AI workflows using LLM APIs to create agents and automations that handle operational tasks, alongside self-service tools on the Microsoft Power Platform. Take end-to-end ownership from rapid prototyping to stable production, establishing documentation and code quality standards without overhead. Collaborate closely with business analysts and management to translate requirements into functional solutions, reporting directly to the Head of IT & Data.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Python- und SQL-Kenntnisse aus mehrjähriger Praxis
- Solide Azure-Erfahrung
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Erfahrung mit Datenmodellierung in Warehouse-/Lakehouse-Umgebungen
- DevOps-Grundlagen (CI/CD, IaC) und Erfahrung mit Integrationen zwischen Systemen, die nicht füreinander gemacht wurden
- Erfahrung aus einem Scale-Up, Mittelstand oder kleinem Team
Desired Qualifications
- AI-Praxiserfahrung – du arbeitest aktiv mit LLM-APIs (Claude, OpenAI o.ä.) und AI-Coding-Tools und hast Workflows oder Agents produktiv gebracht – oder brennst darauf und bringst die Engineering-Basis mit
