Job Summary
Analyze customer use cases for data and AI-based IT solutions and develop practical technical, functional, and architectural concepts. Build proof-of-concept, MVP, and production-ready applications on cloud and on-premise stacks, leveraging modern LLM technologies including embeddings, re-ranking, prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval concepts. Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and customers to integrate solutions into existing system landscapes while contributing to the development of product lines like QI-Box and QI-Flow and our standardized onboarding process. Requires five years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning, with strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in AI/Data Science/MachineLearning/Data Engineering
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie in gängigen ML-/DL-Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit LLMs, RAG-Systemen, Embeddings und Evaluationsverfahren
- Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken, SQL sowie Vektor-Datenbanken
- Erfahrung im Aufbau robuster Datenpipelines und grundlegende Kenntnisse in MLOps
- Arbeit mit strukturierten Daten (z.B. Zeitreihen) und unstrukturierten Daten (Texte, PDFs, Dokumente)
- Erfahrung mit Cloud- oder On-Premise-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Verständnis für containerisierte Deployments, API-Design und Integrationen
