Job Summary
Provide effective supervision and appraisal to team members in accordance with CGL policies, ensuring staff access learning opportunities. Deliver regular individual and group supervision and training to the administration team. Collaborate with the Quality and Governance Lead and Data Lead to develop and maintain systems for data collection, information monitoring, and storage to ensure data availability for reporting. Offer administrative backup to support operations across the service, including clinic support, prescription generation, and medical staff assistance. Work flexibly across operational sites as required to maintain appropriate service provision levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly across operational sites as required
- Ability to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours of work
- Drive to improve personal performance, contribution, knowledge and skills
- Experience in participating in appraisal, training and supervision processes
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry
- Working knowledge of NDTMS and local data inputting and monitoring procedures
- Ability to produce associated reports
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK at the time of application
