Job Summary
Design and implement technical solutions within the D365 F&O platform, defining architecture for data integration, system integrations, and application development strategies. Lead custom solution development including X++ coding, workflows, and data entities while optimizing performance through code tuning and database adjustments. Manage integrations between D365 F&O and external systems using APIs and Azure Logic Apps, ensuring data integrity across all mapped processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications. This role requires 15+ years of D365 F&O expertise, travel as needed for presales and project demands, and a chargeability target.
Required Qualifications
- Min 15+ years of deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O core modules
- Strong implementation experience across large complex, multi region client projects
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects
- Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills
- Should have a positive and can-do approach
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
- Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan
- Worked under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work processes
- Travel as needed
- You may be required to travel based on presales and project demands
- Strong proficiency in D365 F&O development, including X++ programming, data entities, and workflows
- Experience in the design and implementation of system integration to D365 F&O, ideally gained on Microsoft Azure Integration Architecture with Logic Apps
- Familiarity with security framework including ability to create new security policies
- Creating custom workflow business processes
- Understanding the integration options and underlying technologies available
- Using Azure DevOps (or JIRA when required), test case planning and acceptance testing framework including release management
