Senior D365 Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Serve as the primary D365 F&O support contact for Kepak Group and Meat Division Ireland, resolving day-to-day system issues, processing configuration changes, and managing escalations from business users. Partner closely with Finance teams to ensure D365 Finance modules operate accurately across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management. Lead the delivery of functionality enhancements over a two-year roadmap, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing testing for Finance, Supply Chain, and Order to Cash workstreams. Drive integration of D365 F&O with Manufacturing Execution Systems to ensure accurate production data flow into Finance and Operations. Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders and collaborate with IT Operations, Data, and BI functions to align ERP capabilities with Kepak's group transformation programme.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial D365 F&O Finance consultancy experience
- Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting
- Clear understanding of the Order to Cash process within D365, including customer orders, fulfilment, invoicing, and cash application
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar operational technology
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integration layers, and how D365 connects to wider business systems
- Experience working within a proven implementation methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Finance management experience within a Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution business
- Prior experience in a Finance role
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
