Job Summary
Senior Cybersecurity Team Lead responsible for owning Caregenix's security operations transformation: shifting from manual monitoring to automated, AI-driven defense; establishing on-call escalation; ensuring GRC compliance (ISO 27001) and executive reporting; leading deployment of AI-driven security platforms (e.g., Cortex XSIAM); designing an On-Call Security Officer rotation; managing firewall configurations and network isolation; mentoring the security team to map tasks to measurable security improvements. Strong emphasis on leadership, KPI tracking, and translating threat data into business-relevant reports; requires 7+ years cybersecurity experience with a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership/SOC management and hands-on SIEM/SOAR/XDR plus ISO 27001/GRC expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity
- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership, SOC management, or equivalent role
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing SIEM/SOAR platforms, XDR, and AI-driven security solutions
- Strong understanding of firewall management, network segmentation, and incident response workflows
- Deep GRC expertise with ISO 27001 audit and maintenance experience
- Preferred Certifications (one or more): CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, PEH
