Job Summary
Configure CyberArk and Idira identity management applications, including software integrations, upgrades, patches, and new features. Develop scripts to build system connections and modify user interfaces while maintaining security access in compliance with SOX, NERC, and Ameren Identity Policies. Manage and monitor the IAM environment, applying tuning and updates to ensure efficient operation. Provide third-tier support for advanced troubleshooting, participate in problem management investigations, and act as technical lead for critical incident calls. Liaise with digital teams and serve as the primary strategic partner for vendor relationships, leading design meetings and project ownership. Coach less experienced co-workers, support training initiatives, and enforce documentation standards for testing, QA, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science or business
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- CyberArk/Idira experience required
