Job Summary
Senior Cyber Underwriter (Retail) will manage and grow At-bay’s core wholesale broker base and GWP, oversee a middle-market portfolio, and negotiate price, coverage, and terms for cyber-related insurance. Responsibilities include sponsoring risk analysis within guidelines, servicing renewals and new business, collaborating with cyber analytics, product, marketing and other teams, and working with technology and data teams to create tools to enhance the underwriting process.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-6 years of experience as underwriter in cyber liability, Tech E&O, MPL, Miscellaneous E&O, or other E&O lines or specialty commercial insurance
- Solid knowledge of specialty commercial underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices
- Strong technology affinity and ability to work with advanced analytics software
- Technical background with DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, and other software/computer networking concepts
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
