Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to lead security operations, mentor team members, and enhance cybersecurity strategies within a dynamic SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Cyber Security Specialist, Security Engineer, or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching team members in a cybersecurity function
- Hands-on experience with log analysis, threat hunting, and incident response
- Strong familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender and Sentinel)
- Solid understanding of Azure Entra and Microsoft Active Directory
- Proficient in configuring and managing antivirus, firewalls, cloud security tools, and endpoint protection platforms
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies (SSO, MFA, etc.)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC 1/2, PCI/DSS, ISO 27001, NIST
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH), CEH, or CASP preferred
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) is a plus
