Job Summary
Senior Cyber Security Security Engineer responsible for engineering and sustaining Comply-to-Connect (C2C) deployments across classified and unclassified environments. Lead design and implementation of C2C deployment solutions, manage appliances/servers/infrastructure, collaborate with network service providers to maintain network architecture diagrams, evaluate technology upgrades, monitor and troubleshoot C2C performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) efforts and system accreditation activities. Must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph, have 5+ years in information security/cyber engineering, hands-on enterprise security tool experience, and IAT II cert or ability to obtain within six months. Desired CISSP and DoD C2C deployment experience; familiarity with Cisco ISE, Nmap, Nessus, and tcpdump; scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl, XML).
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ additional years of experience in place of a degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems Security and/or Cyber Engineering
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools such as firewalls, IPS, antivirus solutions, and network management systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, TCP/IP networking, 802.1x, and general network security principles
- IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA‐Security) or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire
