Job Summary
Underwrite profitable cyber insurance risks for SME and Mid-Market clients (up to £100m revenue), managing pricing, contract negotiations, and coverage analysis per underwriting strategy. Deliver service to brokers through physical visitations, broker production analysis, and delivering benchmarks and metrics. Promote TMHCC's cyber capabilities at client meetings, conferences, and market events while writing new business, renewals, and supporting Professional Risks underwriters. Report to the UK SME Cyber Leader in a hybrid role (4 days in Manchester office).
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of underwriting Cyber business, either standalone Cyber or alongside PI
- Demonstrated business development skills
- Technical underwriting knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and internal stakeholders
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
- High degree of accuracy and diligence
- 4 days in the office (Manchester)
- 1 working from home

- ACII qualification or looking to progress towards this
- Strong presence within and strong understanding of the SME Cyber Market
