Job Summary
Deliver high-level technical training and support clinical education programs for the Medtronic Hugo RAS robotic surgery system, covering surgical indications in General Surgery, Urology, and Gynaecology. Actively support laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops while applying a structured teaching methodology to assess trainee efficiency and safety. Master the surrounding ecosystem, including surgical equipment, instruments, and digital infrastructure, to prepare and set expectations for training programs through collaboration with Sales, Clinical teams, and surgical proctors. This role requires 75% travel to the international training centre in Belgium for German-speaking candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies
- Clinical and/or operating room experience
- Proven experience and/or training mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
- Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using blended learning solutions
- Positive mindset
- Team player with professional work ethic
- Willingness to travel 75% of your time
- Master's degree preferred

- Experience preparing and setting the expectations of training programs
- Experience with procedure-based technical education and training
- Experience with blended learning solutions

- Experience with RAS System applications and advanced technology
