Senior Customer Training Specialist – Hugo RAS Technology

Job Summary
Deliver high-level technical training and support clinical education programs for surgeons and OR staff using the Medtronic Hugo RAS robotic system. Conduct hands-on workshops and laboratory sessions while applying structured teaching methodologies to assess trainee efficiency and safety levels. Collaborate with Sales, Clinical teams, and surgical proctors to set expectations for procedure-based training across General Surgery, Urology, and Gynaecology. Master the robotic surgery ecosystem, including surgical equipment, instruments, and digital infrastructure. This role requires 75% travel to the training centre in Belgium and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- +5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies
- Clinical and/or operating room experience
- Proven experience and/or training mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
- Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using blended learning solutions
- Positive mindset, team player with professional work ethic
- Willingness to travel 75% of your time
