Senior Customer Support position in Montgomery, AL (Onsite) supporting Medicaid-related inquiries across the Provider Assistance Center and EMC Helpdesk. Responsibilities include providing knowledgeable responses to basic client questions, elevating complex cases, updating account history, adhering to SLAs, cross-training team members, and reviewing procedures to improve workflow. Requires call center experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to assist with eligibility and claims inquiries; responsibilities include transportation coordination through NET vouchers and collaboration with NET coordinators and Medicaid Agency Case Managers. Onsite schedule includes rotating shifts with evenings, Saturdays, and holidays; role will be cross-trained for multiple centers and support hours.
