Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager at Thrive Global overseeing a defined portfolio of customers across the lifecycle, including renewals and expansion. Uses AI-assisted workflows to prepare executive meetings, translates Thrive research and product updates into client-ready narratives and talking points, builds executive-ready QBRs and engagement summaries, develops tailored quarterly campaigns and engagement plans, creates polished follow-ups and next-step communications, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver adoption and value realization. Emphasizes ROI-driven renewal decks, proactive risk and expansion identification, and a strong focus on AI-enabled insights to elevate customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 7–10+ years of demonstrated success in a customer success role
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context — meeting prep, communications, presentations, data synthesis, or customer strategy
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience using Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and Zoom
- Working knowledge of tools like Coda and Looker is a plus
- Experience with AI productivity platforms, customer health tooling, or workflow automation tools is a strong plus
