Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager at Sonatype responsible for guiding customers on implementation strategies, onboarding, and platform adoption; build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders; identify risks and opportunities for expansion; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams; leverage tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to monitor customer health; translate technical impacts into business value and measurable outcomes; mentor less experienced team members and drive renewals and expansions through a consultative, customer-first approach. Strong background in software development, DevSecOps, cloud, security, or QA, with 7–10 years of related experience preferred; must be US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.
