Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Plex MES, you will manage strategic manufacturing accounts and ensure customers achieve maximum value from Plex solutions. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships, driving adoption and retention, and leading strategic account reviews to demonstrate ROI. You will leverage data analytics to monitor account health and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Customer Success, a strong background in manufacturing operations, and be fluent in both Japanese and English.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or manufacturing technology
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, or industrial automation
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Executive relationship management, strategic planning, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first approach with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and digital transformation
