Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with Strategic and Enterprise customers, delivering ROI throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding and driving product adoption and engagement, driving renewal and retention, collaborating with Sales to identify opportunities, becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, educating customers on features and best practices, advocating for customer needs to internal teams, and contributing feedback to influence the product roadmap. The role emphasizes customer-centric success metrics, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, with equity and flexible working arrangements including home and local office work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role with Enterprise customers
- data-driven decision-making using multiple tools
