Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for the end-to-end post-go-live customer experience across a portfolio of Australian health service customers, driving adoption, delivering training and enablement, leading governance programs, and collaborating with clinical and operational leadership to ensure ongoing value and retention. Key activities include onboarding and role-based training for clinical, administrative, and IT teams; running governance cadences and performance programs; delivering insight-driven narratives for governance reviews; managing health metrics (health scores, NPS, churn signals); building customer-side champions and super users; and coordinating with product, engineering, and service delivery to inform roadmaps.
