Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager at impact.com responsible for leveraging the platform to drive successful marketing campaigns and growth for B2B brands. You will run platform training, coordinate strategic initiatives, manage customer communications, handle escalation and project management using JIRA and SFDC, and coordinate renewal and expansion opportunities. The role requires a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related field a plus)
- 5-8 years of customer service experience, preferably B2B
