Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager for Beyond Pricing overseeing onboarding, adoption, and renewals for a book of English- and French-speaking SaaS customers in the short-term rental/revenue-management space. Responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction; analyzing booking trends and pricing performance; building relationships through a consultative approach; training clients on revenue management concepts and how to use the tool to increase revenue; ensuring renewals and identifying expansion opportunities; conducting regular stakeholder meetings; monitoring account health and risk; maintaining knowledge of Beyond products; reviewing algorithm performance and providing data-driven recommendations; partnering with Revenue Management, Sales, and Product teams and mentoring junior staff; acting as the voice of the customer to Product and providing feedback." ,
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in customer success
- Fluency and ability to work with customers in English and French
- Experience working with software or ability to learn a wide variety of tools for data analysis, including Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience helping customers through presentations, trainings, or day-to-day questions
- Experience in SaaS, tech and/or the short-term rental industry preferred
- Fluency in any additional European language is a plus
