Job Summary
Senior CSM responsible for onboarding, platform configuration, and end-to-end lifecycle management of a portfolio of Real Estate ESG-focused accounts. Drives onboarding and solution architecture from build to adoption, translates sustainability indicators into business impact, conducts Platform Reviews/Business Reviews with C-level stakeholders, guides decision-making for decarbonation plans, and ensures retention and expansion through proactive account health and growth opportunities. Mentors junior CSMs, leads internal workstreams to improve operational processes, and collaborates across France and international subsidiaries. Fluency in French and English required; SaaS/B2B high-touch customer success experience, project management, CRM tooling proficiency, and an appetite for AI initiatives are essential.
