Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Chainguard will serve as the post-sales primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, leading onboarding, implementation, and adoption while collaborating with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful outcomes. You will drive business value realization, advocate for customer needs, manage issues, develop product expertise, and coordinate training to empower customers. Responsibilities include success planning, aligning customer goals with internal teams, ensuring renewals and expansion opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders from technicians to CISOs. Requirements include 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles and knowledge across domains such as Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, and security infrastructure; a strategic, autonomous mindset with strong communication and prioritization skills. Compensation includes up to $160,000 base salary plus bonus; remote-first, flexible benefits, and a focus on Chainguardians with diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support)
- Relevant domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, software development lifecycle
