Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end client relationships within a portfolio of ~20 customers for Bloomreach Engagment product; act as trusted advisor, align with client goals, drive value and growth, and work autonomously in a remote or Central European office setup. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in B2B SaaS, experience in online retail/e-commerce analytics and marketing, and strong KPI/analytics fluency; English required, French valued, Italian/Spanish nice to have.
