Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager at Autodesk responsible for driving post-sale account management and customer relationship development within Enterprise Business Agreement accounts. Owns collaborative success planning with cross-functional teams, drives adoption of Autodesk products, delivers business reviews to stakeholders, and proactively mitigates risks with clear recommendations. Requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, cross-team coordination, and experience in account management, project management, or sales within AECO industries. Focus on delivering strategic advisory services to maximize return on investment and build deep, trusted customer relationships.
