Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts in North America. Drive retention and growth through product adoption, solution design, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Lead onboarding and enablement, translate complex AppsFlyer products into actionable outcomes, develop long-term technical roadmaps, lead complex integrations, conduct regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews, support renewals and identify expansion opportunities, and mentor other CSMs. 33% onsite travel required; role based in New York City or San Francisco with hybrid in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a technical client-facing SaaS role
