Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager at Lingoda based in Berlin,Germany, with remote work option in Germany. Responsible for owning inbound customer requests from inquiry to deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing support; independently closing smaller deals and supporting Key Account Managers on larger deals; building and improving processes to scale, and acting as an operational backbone during complex sales processes. Key activities include managing inbound requests via email, ensuring seamless onboarding, owning the end-to-end customer journey from contract closing to course start, structuring deals, coordinating internally, and identifying gaps to develop scalable solutions. Requires several years of experience in Customer Success or Sales Operations, fluent German and English, ownership and independence in ambiguous environments, hands-on operational mindset, and strong HubSpot experience.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Fluent in German and English
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to dive into operational work
- Strong experience with HubSpot
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- Structured thinking and ownership of processes
