Job Summary
Senior Customer Service Specialist role focused on supporting Spanish-speaking customers. Responsibilities include communicating with customers by phone and email, using a shared mailbox to categorize and archive messages, processing orders, monitoring orders via ERP tools, coordinating with stakeholders and customers, performing export compliance checks when creating delivery addresses or new partner records, addressing inquiries and complaints with appropriate delegation of authority, building sustainable customer relationships through open communication, adhering to customer service best practices and policies, preparing input for daily team meetings, and providing KPI feedback. Requirements include 2+ years of relevant experience, fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication and teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities. Work arrangement is hybrid with in-office days Monday-Thursday and optional remote Fridays; location is Wrocław, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary education or higher and/or 2+ years of relevant experience (in Order Management or Customer Service)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with MS Office environment
- Good communication skills
