Senior Customer Service Representative with fluent English (Swedish is recommended)

Job Summary
Senior Customer Service Representative provides first and second-line support for telephone and written inquiries from external Key Customers, internal participants, and other consumers in line with service levels. Responsibilities include handling account setup, delivery issues, order processing, sales order tracking, and delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, fax, online). Acts as escalation point, proactively resolves Key Account issues, maintains relationships with customers and internal teams, supports continuous improvement, and participates in user acceptance testing for service center technology and ERP systems. Requires fluency in English (Swedish recommended), strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP and/or CRM systems (Siebel or Salesforce) is preferred. Role is hybrid (office/remote) in Budapest, Hungary, with relocation assistance available within the country.
