Job Summary
Senior Customer Service Representative – Service Support Coordinators is part of an international team, supporting Service Delivery Management processes, managing work orders (Maximo), dispatching to 3rd party providers, scheduling services, monitoring requests, handling warranty issues, maintaining data quality, and serving as the primary contact via email (90%) and phone (10%). Requires 0-2+ years in customer service or data processing, English proficiency, and strong MS Office (Outlook, Excel); SAP/ERP experience preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and customer-focused service in a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years’ experience in customer service or data processing (or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Vocational Training or Bachelor’s preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP preferred but not essential
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task under deadlines
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
