Senior Customer Care role based in the Shared Service Center in Budapest. Focus on customer master data, quoting, order management, and related administrative/operational processes; requires ownership, data accuracy, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Field Service teams. Responsibilities include supporting multiple teams, onboarding to new processes every 3–6 months, assisting peak workloads, sharing best practices, and identifying process improvements. Skills: fluent English and an additional European language (German, Italian, French, Spanish); strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; high adaptability, prioritization, stakeholder management, attention to data accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Office with ERP knowledge preferred. Experience: minimum 1 year in customer service, P2P or procurement in SSC/multinational/office setting; Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience considered.
