Senior Customer Service Representative supports the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients and customers, handling inbound calls and email requests, placing orders for distribution of product, building relationships with internal/external customers, providing accurate information, following up to improve communication and processes, performing Salesforce data entry, meeting KPIs for PO processing and response times, and coordinating with Warehouse/Logistics to ensure orders are processed; adheres to medical device compliance requirements.
