Job Summary
Senior Customer Service Representative responsible for retaining existing relationships and opening new deposit accounts in accordance with branch goals. This role promotes and cross sells bank products and services. Essential duties include opening consumer and business accounts, assessing customer needs and cross-selling appropriate products, potentially serving as Teller, Teller Supervisor or Assistant Branch Manager, supporting branch goals, referring new business to subsidiaries, resolving customer concerns, building customer loyalty, following up on referrals, assisting with loan origination and processing, answering product/rates inquiries, providing notary services, tracking required documentation, maintaining professionalism, adhering to schedules, and completing required compliance training (BSA/AML). Demonstrates demonstrated sales ability and general banking product knowledge.
