Senior Customer Service Associate, Randhurst Village- Full Time

Senior Customer Experience Colleague responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales across in-store and virtual channels. Sell merchandise, make product recommendations (focus on size, fit, and style) using product knowledge and digital resources, and engage customers throughout their shopping journey to acquire and grow client relationships. Utilize POS systems and client acquisition tools, collaborate with store leadership and vendors to host events, maintain selling floor presentation per visual guidelines, and handle opening/closing procedures and routine store operations. Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to support the Macy’s Own Your Style service model and achieve sales goals.
