Senior Customer Service Associate on a 16-month fixed-term contract based in Warsaw, Poland, hybrid work model. The role supports Central and Eastern Europe markets within a team of five and emphasizes customer focus, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Completed University degree
- Customer relationship management experience
- MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written English, Polish skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
