Job Summary
Senior Customer Sales Advocate responsible for owning inbound customer conversations, guiding prospects through their decision-making journey, and converting interest into confirmed customers. Role includes conducting system demos, delivering fast and thoughtful responses via chat, email, SMS, and phone, proactive multi-touch follow-up, identifying high-intent opportunities, documenting and sharing insights to improve messaging and conversion workflows, and maintaining accurate CRM tracking. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with customer communication tools.
