Job Summary
Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Adobe leads the planning and rollout of cross-functional marketing efforts for Acrobat's AI-powered experiences. Collaborates on content strategy, develops messaging frameworks to translate product functionality into customer value, guides coordinated promotional initiatives and programs, develops marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement, and partners with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to execute campaigns. Responsible for delivering strategic advice during the creative process, monitoring campaign performance, and mentoring junior marketers to build a cohesive marketing practice. Must bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7–10 years of relevant marketing leadership experience; adept with AI tools and familiar with how AI is transforming software discovery and usage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, coordinated marketing, product marketing, or marketing strategy roles
- Experience leading or contributing to large, complex marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
- Experience translating product features into customer value propositions and use case narratives
- Working proficiency with AI tools and a perspective on how AI is transforming the ways customers discover, evaluate, and use software
- Strong understanding of coordinated marketing and messaging principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content
- Excellent project and collaborator management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with executive presence
