Senior Customer Marketing Communications Specialist

Coordinate and execute customer-facing communications (newsletters, product communications, event promotions, customer programs, and engagement campaigns) and maintain the customer communications calendar to improve visibility and customer experience. Act as the primary coordinator across Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Sales to ensure timely, customer-centric messaging aligned with product updates and feature launches. Lead webinars and advocacy efforts (customer testimonials, reviews, and customer stories) while partnering with CS and Sales to support retention, expansion, and upsell initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate audience targeting, reporting, and measurement, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve content creation, planning, and efficiency. Ensure all customer communications align with BlueCat's brand voice and goals, and stay informed on best practices and new technologies. Demonstrate curiosity, strong writing/editing skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
