Job Summary
Senior Customer Manager for Card Personalization services in the Nordic-Baltic region, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with banking/financial sector customers, acting as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, and coordinating with marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives. Requires proven experience in international sales and relationship management in financial services or cards/payments, strong solution/service sales background, strategic thinking, and excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Hybrid work model offered with location in Solna, Sweden; intercultural teamwork and participation in industry events are encouraged.
