Job Summary
Senior Customer Lifecycle Specialist based in Madrid to manage activation of customer data and develop end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app communications. You will refine multi-channel communications, define lifecycle and contact strategies, segment customers for targeted CRM programs, and ensure campaigns have measurable success metrics with weekly/monthly reporting. Requires 3+ years in Digital Marketing/CRM, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs, proficiency in HTML, strong copywriting, and a data-driven, fast-paced, collaborative mindset. Hybrid work arrangement in Madrid with potential travel across markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
- Experience in leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for insights
- A/B testing and dynamic templates
- English fluency
