Job Summary
Senior Customer Experience Associate role in Grimsby, Ontario at Scotiabank. Responsibilities include acting as lobby leader, triaging and assisting customers, identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities (opening day-to-day accounts, pre-approved credit opportunities, processing GICs), nurturing long-standing relationships, and promoting digital/self-service banking options. Requires building strong customer relationships, solving customer needs, explaining complex concepts simply, and performing in a target-based, team-oriented environment. Must be willing to learn and succeed, with strong customer service, professional demeanor, and flexibility in scheduling. Previous banking experience is considered an asset, with emphasis on delivering excellent service and guiding customers through banking solutions.
