Job Summary
Manage the Refrigerated and Deli business at WinCo Foods, overseeing a territory with $84MM+ in annual net sales across 146 western U.S. stores. Develop and execute sales and distribution plans while collaborating with the Customer Business Manager to align annual objectives. Identify threats and opportunities affecting volume, market share, and profitability, then penetrate Category and Retailer Operations Managers to implement marketing initiatives. Ensure Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing (DSMP) objectives are met and work with analytics teams to scenario plan for maximum impact. Interpret category and brand sales data to provide insights on tactics driving sales on responsible brands. This role requires 3+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and 10% travel. Base pay ranges from $111,550 to $156,175 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Sales/Marketing/Sales Strategy experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply business analytics
- Pattern of initiative
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take opportunities from conception to execution
