Job Summary
Senior Customer Care Specialist capable of handling Toast customer chats, voice, and casework across channels, conveying complex technical information clearly, meeting SLAs/KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and expanding knowledge of Toast hardware/software through ongoing training. Includes on-site training in Chennai for 6-8 weeks followed by a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote); role requires night shifts and rotating schedules with emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year Bachelor’s degree in any area, or any other related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role, troubleshooting software and/or hardware issues.
- Strong English language proficiency
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- French language proficiency at B2/C1 level – required to support French-speaking customers effectively.
